Three independently deployable services, each owning its database. A cross-service saga turns an approved insurance claim into a real payout on the customer's bank account.

The part worth reading is the measurement: load testing exposed an outbox draining 45× slower than intake, and a double-payout bug that only surfaces when the broker redelivers a message — both fixed, both covered by regression tests.

Runs on the Service Bus emulator — not deployed to Azure.

Architecture first, code second
Never write the first line of code without understanding the bounded context, data flow and trade-offs. Documentation and design diagrams are investments, not waste.
Domain knowledge is the edge
Deep domain understanding is a competitive edge — from the LSF coefficient in cement clinker to the Peel Test in athletic footwear. Better code starts with truly understanding the problem.
Ambitious, but pragmatic
Building a multi-industry ERP/MES with a small team — not because of recklessness, but choosing the right tool: Modular Monolith first, Kafka when needed, K8s only when scale truly demands it.
Build for real people
Factory operators use tablets on the shop floor. Customers want data on-site, not in the cloud. Technology must serve people — not the other way around.
